Your profile includes your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact email. This information is used for compliance verification and cannot be changed after initial setup without contacting support.
Configure how you receive alerts for strategy activity, risk events, and platform updates. Options include email notifications, in-app notifications, and webhook integrations. Set severity thresholds so you only receive alerts that matter.
Set your preferred timezone for all date/time displays in the platform. Choose between light and dark themes. Configure the default currency display for portfolio values.
You can request account deletion from Settings > Profile. All personal data will be removed within 30 days per our data retention policy. Active strategy deployments must be stopped before deletion. Audit logs are retained for regulatory compliance.
