Which exchanges are supported?
Kraken today. We're focused on getting one exchange exactly right before adding more.
Do you guarantee returns?
No. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Strategies are rule-based and ship with historical backtest context for transparency, not as a forward-looking promise.
What happens if a strategy starts failing?
Three consecutive execution failures automatically pause the deployment. You get an in-app notification and email, and the deployment will not resume until you review and explicitly restart it.
Where is my data stored?
On infrastructure operated by Quantum Edge Technologies LLC, an Austin, TX–based company. Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; audit logs are append-only and immutable at the database level.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. A mobile and desktop experience is on the roadmap; today the platform is a web application.
