Configure backup methods to regain access if locked out

Settings > Security > Recovery. Add secondary email address for password reset and account recovery.
Optionally add phone number for SMS recovery codes. Verify with code sent to phone.
If using 2FA, download and securely store backup codes. These bypass 2FA if you lose authenticator app.
Set up security questions as fallback. Choose questions only you know answers to. Avoid publicly available info.
