Steps

01Access notification settings

Navigate to Settings > Notifications. Notification categories include: platform incidents, policy updates, exchange disconnects, risk limit alerts, deployment errors, and system alerts.

02Configure trade alerts

Choose: all trades, only large trades (set threshold), or no trade notifications. Select delivery method.

03Set error notifications

Always enable critical errors (API failures, risk breaches). Choose if you want minor errors (retries, warnings).

04Customize delivery channels

In-app notifications are always available. Email delivery can be configured for immediate or digest frequency. Notification preferences can be set per category.

05Set quiet hours

Pause non-critical notifications during sleep hours. Critical alerts (emergency stops, security) always deliver.
