Ensure you are using the correct email address. Try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" link. If you have MFA enabled, ensure your authenticator app is synced to the correct time. Contact support if you have lost access to your MFA device and backup codes.
Verify your API key and secret are copied correctly with no extra spaces. Confirm the key has the required permissions (query + trade, no withdrawal). Check that the key has not expired or been revoked on Kraken. See the Exchange Connection Errors article for detailed troubleshooting.
A strategy enters error state when it encounters an issue that prevents normal operation. Common causes include insufficient balance, exchange rate limits, or invalid trading pair. Check the strategy's activity log for specific error messages and see the Strategy Not Executing article for resolution steps.
Balance data is synced from your exchange every few minutes. If you recently deposited or withdrew funds on Kraken, wait 5-10 minutes for the balance to update. You can force a refresh from the Exchanges page.
